To build a website, you normally need to have a minimum knowledge of website programming. But if you think about it, there are a lot of webmasters out there who don't know any about programming and they still can create websites.
If you really have no clue about HTML or website coding and don't want to learn anything about it, there is another way to build a website, but it might be "cheesy" way to go with.

Build a Professional Website |
Why "cheesy", you ask? Well because if you want to bring major changes to your website, you're going to have to individually change every Web page and replace with the old ones. Keep on reading if that sounds "Chinese" to you!
Let's just say that you want to modify your website's layout, you're going to have to change every Web page.
Or maybe, if you want to add a new category in your menu, well you're going to have to change each Web page's menu. Yes in an essence, it's seems a lot of work, but that's just something you're going to have to live with if you want to ignore the coding part.
In reality, you can also build a serious website this way too, except I don't think you'll want to continue after 20 pages. It's going to be a lot of Web pages to take care of after all.
Can a website be successful with 20 - 30 pages, you ask? The truth is yes it can, but you won't want to expand it more for obvious reasons. But yes, there are a lot of successful webmaster who build websites with a "non-programming" program. I'll be simply honest you with you. I won't name it, but I know a website that consists less than 30 pages, and it earns 700$ every month with Google Adsense. However, each page has approximately 600-1000 words, and more.
So if you use must build one without expanding it say, after 30 pages, just make sure that you write a lot for each page, and I insist for you to do this if you want to make a money-making website that is!
Alright, so now all you need is software.
Cool Page
There's one program that I strongly recommend you use, it's called "Cool Page". In my early teenage years, I used to use it to build websites just for the fun because back then, I really didn't know much about HTML or programming.
So over the years, this program has really helped me to better understand HTML and eventually expanded my knowledge about HTML and other formats.
The thing that is truly amazing about Cool Page is that you build your website as you visualize it within the program. Instead of trying codes, the program presents you a blank page where you can drag-and-drop images or type your texts on the blank page. When you're done, you can export it as HTML and save it on your computer. You can also save the Web page in the program's format and reopen it later, just in case you haven't finished working on your Web page.
Absolutely zero coding is needed from your part. The program does it all for you.
Once again, if you organize your files and be patient, this can definitely work out quite easily! Again I remind you that if you want to add or remove a category from your menu, you will have to modify every file that is save in the program's format, so you can reopen each page and do the necessary modification.
As they say on their website, Cool Page is perfect for beginner and indeed it is.
You can at least download Cool Page and see if you like it by using it during its free trial, before buying it.
You'll see how easy Cool Page is once you try it!
